具体要求

Responsibilities：

1、Manage all MabPlex CDMO service activities.

2、Communicate to the board of directs and set up company’s short and long term

goals.

3、Responsible for business development and marketing efforts to win service

projects.

4、Responsible for improvement in facilities, documentation, quality system, and

training to ensure cGMP compliance.

5、Responsible for managing and improving corporation structure and human

resources.

6、Responsible for budgeting and finance to meet financial goals.

7、Contribute to company fund raising and IPO strategies.

8、Problem solving and decision making for all MabPlex business operation.

9、Represent company to communicate with clients, suppliers, government agents,press, and general public etc.

Requirements：

1、Ph.D. degree in bioengineering/biochemistry/biology or related areas.

2、Prior management experience as a senior executive in a biopharmaceutical company or as a site head of the China/Asian operation of a global pharmaceutical company.

3、Extensive experience in GMP manufacture or process development of biologics.
